New Lodestar Global User Experience/User Interface Research and Advisory Team Being Assembled
Princeton, NJ, April 18, 2018 – Lodestar Advisory Partners has announced the formation of a formal research and consulting group focused on user experience (UE) and user interface (UI) issues. The group will be part of the larger Customer Experience Management Practice and provide clients with insights and counsel at the points where customers interface with websites, marketing communications, apps, existing products/services, and new R&D efforts.

The company is in the process of building out a global team of UE/UI researchers, strategists, and academics who can be brought to bear on a customized basis to meet a given client’s unique information needs. The entire team is expected to be in place by Q3, 2018.
