Donatella Monaco brings over 15 years of experience in the branding and research industry to Lodestar. As a Project Manager, she has led a range of client engagements in healthcare, publishing & media, and technology. She is the bridge between the internal and client teams to ensure programs run on time, on budget, and within scope. Her favorite part of project management is building long lasting relationships through trust and communication.

Prior to joining Lodestar, Donatella worked at Interbrand, a leading branding firm. There, she started as a research coordinator and was able to combine her branding knowledge with research. She then moved to the project management team, where she was able to interact with the many branding disciplines. Her clients included Delta Dental, Nielsen, Luxotica, Lowe’s, and Gillette. Donatella has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Bernard M. Baruch College in New York City.
