In her 16 years experience working with marketing, she managed quantitative and qualitative projects involving several countries, being responsible for data collection, report preparation and analysis. Prior to joining Lodestar, Bernadete was at Kantar Healthcare, where she managed a wide range of healthcare studies. Her relevant projects included new treatments for Alzheimer’s disease, buying process research with patients and physicians for new treatment for osteoporosis, treatment of post stroke spasticity, disease modifying therapy for psoriasis, and novel MOA for diabetes therapy.

Earlier in her career Bernadete was at TNS Corporation for almost 10 years, some of these as part of the IBM group, managing a customer satisfaction program within more than 50 countries. She managed a proprietary panel for more than one year and organized consumer research for contact lens, cough medications, hotels, fast food, philharmonic orchestras, and textbooks, among others. She has a wide experience with multinational studies and is an expert on cultural insights.

She earned her B.A. in Journalism from Casper Libero University in Sao Paulo, Brazil and worked for more than 10 years in Brazil, her native country, as a journalist. She is fluent in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
